People with eating disorders are commonly known for also being depressed and for self harming. You are so much better than this horrible disease. When you feel like you are having suicidal thoughts try journaling about it. Sometimes writing your feelings down helps. You can also try calling a friend or family member to try and distract yourself. You don’t have to tell them why you are calling, but that may also help you feel better if this certain person knew what was going on in your head.
I think that main thing people need to do to avoid suicidal thoughts and self harming is to talk to someone about it. It may be embarrassing at first, but it will make you feel better knowing that someone now knows what’s going on and wants to help.
